INTRODUCTION

Attitude usually refers to a set of behaviors, beliefs and emotions towards a specific situation, thing, person or object. Attitudes are crafted as a result of an individual’s upbringing as well as experience. Even though attitudes are enduring, they can undergo changes both positive and negative
The attitudinal and behavioural change course is concerned with bridging the gap between what we know and what we are supposed to do at the workplace taking into consideration other factors beyond attitude such as how we perceive others, co-worker and customers who can also influence behaviour.

Course Objectives
 Develop your capacity to influence others positively by becoming an agent of change in your work place.
 Individual will be able to align themselves to their emotions, belief’s and behaviours towards particular persons, things or event.
 Develop emotional intelligence and good listening techniques that foster good behaviour at the work place.
 Discover how bad behaviour can often course more harm than good which can go a long way to affect individual and the organization’s image.
