Course Overview

The importance of corporate governance and risk management is gaining prominence in business schools
and among legislators, and this trend is expected to continue. While there are various models for corporate
governance and risk management, they all attempt to efficiently regulate risks and organize a company's
interaction with its stakeholders.
The course will provide you a hands-on understanding of how the elements of a governance framework
